Cedie Lynn Mock's Blog

Cedie Lynn was born on 6/16/05 in Memphis, TN. She arrived 6 wks early. Cedie spent the first 11 & 1/2 months in the hospital. Although she endured many surgeries and spent 2/3 of her life in hospitals, she was a very happy, beautiful little girl who was full of love and who was loved by everyone who met her in person and online. She now watches over all of us as our own little angel.

Monday, 5/1/06- CATH POSTPONED

Cedie had a rough start to her day. However, after a chest x-ray and numerous complaints from me, they finally decided she was swollen with water retention. They gave her a dose of lasics and she was feeling better almost immediately. Her CO2 started coming down and she was not nearly so irritable. She's not up to playing just yet (or CPAP) but she is definitely better off than she was yesterday or even this morning.

Cardiology had an emergency and therefore were unable to get to Cedie today. Her cardiologist has promised that she will be first (8am) tomorrow.
