Sunday, 5/21/06- Car Seat Trial

Today Dylan and I took Cedie's car seat up to the hospital in order to make sure she still fits in it. She was a little leary at first but once we started talking to her and rocking the seat she was fine. I kept her in for about 20 minutes so that she could see that it is not a bad thing. She had fun "talking" with her brother and I. We both sat on the floor in front of her.

Cedie had a good day today. I talked with her pulmonologist and he said he was very pleased with how well her lungs are doing. He said we could do our 72 hour stay this coming weekend! We are so excited. Dylan is telling everyone he sees that his baby is coming home and that he is going to be a big brother (I keep telling him he has been a big brother since she was born but he doesn't quite see it that way).

We got the house all ready for Cedie this weekend. We finished all the flooring and got her room just perfect. Someone from the home health company will be by at 8am tomorrow to check out her "physical surroundings". He will also be discussing all the equipment she will be bringing with her. Should be interesting.
